Public Health Trust Collaborative

Empower HBCUs in Public Health Research and Development

At ATW Health Solutions, we are committed to advancing opportunities and fostering partnerships to address critical public health challenges. Our Public Health Trust Collaborative is a testament to this commitment as we strive to promote health equity, patient safety, and minority health interests through strategic alliances with historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs).

Public Health Trust Collaborative: Shaping the Future of Public Health

ATW Health Solutions launched its Public Health Trust Collaborative in partnership with Virginia State University’s Institute for Public Health in June 2022. It was designed to collaborate strategically with underrepresented HBCU public health research programs and established public health programs, with shared priorities in health equity, community engagement, climate change, and health research leadership development. The primary goal of ATW’s HBCU Public Health Trust is to create pathways for HBCUs to excel in federal research and contract opportunities related to public health. We aim to achieve this through mentorship, guidance, and collaborative support. We believe in the power of collective efforts to drive meaningful change in public health.
