ATW is a leader in aligning equity/diversity and inclusion strategies with PFE program design and evaluation. Our demonstrated expertise in operationalizing community engagement needs with PFE strategy leads to improved outcomes for all. We have delivered PFE education and training at the national and local level including staff, organization committees, and other stakeholders.
Our team is comprised of national experts on the topic of health disparities in communities of all compositions. We are deeply experienced in the development of health care policy with a focus on Minority Health Initiatives and Vulnerable Populations.
ATW delivers hospital and health system strategic planning, organizational care process redesign, education, and training using the equity lens to drive equitable improvement. Our work uses a population-health performance improvement framework to identify and reduce disparities. We have managed numerous projects (remote and on-site) delivering strategies that eliminiate disparities and improve outcomes for all people (hospital based and community based). Our implementation scientists and equity practioners are laser focused on partnering with care delivery entities and networks to develop and implement quality and safety plans that drive measureable results in improving equity. We use a Human-Centered Design approach to understand the key constraints unique to each program and create co-designed processes and structures that improve outcomes.
